Changes to Phone System

The Town of Greater Napanee has changed its telephone system to make it easier and faster to get information when you call our main phone number at 613-354-3351.

In response to feedback from the community, we’ve made it faster and easier to get the information you need and to reach the person you are looking for.

Instead of having to go through nine options, you will be presented with the four most popular actions, which will help us make your experience faster.
